Kaju Katli ( Cashew Fudge) is avery famous Indian sweet. We celebrate every festival
1 cup Cashew Powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Melted Milk Chocolate
Add 80ml water and sugar in a nonstick pan. Cook it till sugar dissolve
Add cashew powder and stir it continuously on low flame.
Cook till it has thick consistency and it starts to gather.
Switch off the flame and keep aside for 8-10 minutes. After10 minutes make
a ball from cashew paste with greased hands.
Grease rolling pin and board with ghee.
Flatten the cashew dough with rolling pin in desired thickness.
Spread melted chocolate over it.
Make texture using a comb. (If you don't
have this type of comb, you can use normal comb)
Let it dry for 6-7 minutes.
Cut in diamond shape with sharp knife.
Store in an air tight container.
