Everybody likes chocolates and it can be eaten any time and any where. Presenting chocolate filled with salty caramel sauce which gives salty and sweet taste in a one go.
50g Chopped Dark Chocolate
50g Chopped Milk Chocolate
1/4Cup Salted Caramel Sauce
Mix both chocolates and melt in microwave for 30 seconds on high
Take out and stir, and once again keep in microwave for 30 seconds.
While the chocolate cools, fill the caramel sauce in a piping bag.
Keep a silicon mould in a tray and fill 1/4th of the cavities with
Spread the chocolate evenly on the sides of the mould.
Flip the mould to remove the excess chocolate.
Wipe off the excess chocolate and keep it in the freezer for 2 minutes.
Cut the end of the piping bag and fill the cavities half with caramel
Fill the remaining space with the melted chocolate.
Wipe off the extra chocolate and keep it in freezer for 5 minutes.
Demould the chocolate, gently pressing with the thumb.
