Pakoda or fritters are the most loving fried snack. Everybody celebrate their happiness and joy by making pakodas. So enjoy these spicy Schezwan Pakodas.....
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Cauliflower
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Capsicum
1tbsp Grated Ginger
2 Finely Chopped Green Chili
1/4 Cup Corn flour
1/4 Cup Rice Flour
1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Schezwan Sauce
1tsp Soya Sauce
1tsp Green Chili Sauce
1/2tsp Black Pepper
Add all the vegetables, sauces and spices and mix well.
First mix with spoon and then use your hands to mix and squeeze the water
out from the vegetables.
Take pakoda batter and make them round with hands and fry in hot oil on
medium high flame till golden brown.
Take them out and serve hot.
