Gobhi pakoda is a spicy, hot and crispy recipe which you can enjoy with your cup of tea.... It is a perfect snack recipe and all will relish eating it.....
1/2 kg Blanched Cauliflower Florets (Blanched in salt & turmeric water)
1 + 1/2 cup Gram Flour
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Chopped Coriander
2 tbsp Grated Ginger
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Green chili
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Carom Seed
1 tsp Salt or to Taste
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 Pinch Asafoetida
In gram flour add all spices and mix well.
Add onion, coriander, ginger, chili and make a thick batter with water.
Dip cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry them on medium high
Take them out on a plate.
Press them with any heavy object and fry them again for 1 minute in hot oil
on high flame.
Take them out on a plate and serve.
Hot, spicy Gobhi pakodas are ready...!!
