Hot and Sour Soup

Veg hot and sour soup gives a spicy- tangy taste.It is a quick and simple soup recipe and healthy too because here I have used a lot of veggies. It is a good way of making children eat vegetables. ....



Preparation And Cooking Time

Cooking Method :   

1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage

1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Capsicum

1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion

1/4 Cup Chopped Spring Onion's Greens

1/4 Cup Chopped French Beans

1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Carrot

1 Tbsp Grated Ginger

2 Chopped Green Chili

2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup, 1 tbsp Soya Sauce, 1 tbsp Vinegar

1 tsp Salt or to taste

1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

2 tbsp Corn Flour

1 tsp Oil

Heat oil in a pan. Add green chili, ginger, onion and saute for one minute.

Add cabbage, capsicum, carrot, beans and saute for one minute.

Add salt, black pepper powder and add 750-800 ml water. Bring it to boil.

Add little water in corn flour and add in boiling soup, stir it continuously.

Add vinegar, tomato ketchup and soya sauce. Mix well.

Switch off the flame and serve hot.

Veg Hot & Sour Soup is ready…..
