Crispy Maggi In Red Pasta Sauce

Crispy maggi in red sauce is a variation to the routine maggi. I have served maggi in Italian style. Everyone will love the crispiness and tangy taste of the maggi.



Preparation And Cooking Time

Cooking Method :   

2 Packs of Maggi

1/2 Cup Homemade Pasta Sauce

1/4 Cup Chopped Capsicum

1/4 Cup Chopped Onion

2 tbsp Grated Processed Cheese.

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Oregano

Deep fry the Maggi noodles in hot oil on high flame till they become light brown.

Crush the noodles when they get cooled.

Heat oil, add onions and sauté for 1minute.

Add capsicum and sauté for 1minute.

Add pizza sauce, salt, black pepper and oregano and cook for a minute.

Add 1/2 cup water and boil.

Add cheese and mix well. Switch off the flame.

Add fried Maggi noodles and mix well.

Hot, Crispy and Spicy Maggi with red pasta sauce is ready.....!!!!
