Dry Fruit Chikki

Dry fruit chikki is easy to make at home. This is crunchy, crispy and rich in taste. I have added dry fruits and honey to a normal chikki, which is royal and healthy too.

Cooking Method :   

1/2 Cup Almonds (Cut in halves)

1/2 Cup Cashew Nuts (Cut in halves)

1 tbsp Pistachio flakes

1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder

3/4 cup Sugar

1/4 cup Honey

Dry roast cashew nuts.

Dry roast almonds.

Add sugar and let it melt on low medium flame.

 Stir it prevent from burning.

Add honey, almonds, cashew nuts, cardamom powder and mix well.

Pour on parchment paper and spread it.

Sprinkle pistachio flakes.

Gently roll it with greased rolling pin.

After 3-4 minutes make square marks with sharp knife and allow to cool.

Separate the chikki into square pieces and store in an air tight container.
