Mix Dal Pakora

Mix dal pakoras are easy to make. Taste very delicious as available on road side stalls but they are equally healthy and hygienic since they are home made. Relish them in winters and rainy season with a cup tea.

Cooking Method :   

1/2 Cup Chana Dal (Soaked for 3-4)

1/2 Cup Green Moong Dal (soaked for 3-4)

1/2 Cup Urad Dal (white spilt) (Soaked for 3-4)

1/2 Cup labia (Chawla) (Soaked For 3-4)

2 tbsp Chopped Green

2 tbsp grated ginger

1/2 cup fresh Coriander

1 tsp Red Chili powder

1pinch asafetida (Hing)

 1 tsp Carom seeds

1tsp Salt

1 tsp Garam Masala
