Dates and nuts are a good source of energy. They are packed with natural sugar, vitamins, essential minerals and fiber which help us to maintain a healthy lifestyle. They are good for kids and diabetics also as they are nutritious sugar free
1Cup Chopped Seedless Dates
1/4 Cup roughly chopped Walnuts
1/4 Cup roughly chopped almonds
1/4 Cup roughly chopped cashews
1/4 Cup melted White Chocolate
1/2Cup melted Dark Chocolate
1tsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
Heat ghee in a pan, add
dates and cook on low flame till they become soft. Press with a spatula.
Add nuts, mix well and
switch off the flame.
Take out the mixture on a plate and let it cool.
Make small oval balls with the mixture.
Dip them in the melted dark chocolate and keep on a parchment paper.
Keep them in freezer for 2-3minutes.
Take them out and drizzle white chocolate over them.
Date and nuts Chocolates are now ready to serve and enjoy.
