Eggless Vanilla Tri colour Cupcakes

Cooking Method :   

1/2 Cup Maida

100g Home-made Condensed Milk

2tbsp Powdered Sugar

1tbsp Corn flour

1/4 Cup Homemade Unsalted Butter

1/2 Cup Milk

1/2tsp Baking Powder

1/4tsp Baking Soda

1/4tsp Baking Soda

For icing: 1/2 cup Non-dairy Whipping cream,

1/4tsp Green Food Color, 1/4tsp Saffron Food Color

Add butter and sugar, and whisk them.

Add condensed milk and mix properly.

Sieve maida, corn flour, baking soda and baking powder.

Add vanilla essence and gradually add milk and mix well.

Fill the lined cupcake moulds with batter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 20 minutes at convection mode.

Take out from the oven and check with a toothpick. Let them cool.

Whip the cream with beater till soft peaks

Divide the whipped cream into three equal parts.

Add saffron color in one and green color in another. Mix them properly.

Prepare all the creams like as shown in the video.

Fill the piping bags.

Decorate the cupcakes as shown in the video or as desired.
