FOR MASALA

1 + 1/2 cup Boiled green peas

1/2 tsp cumin seeds   

1 tsp fennel seeds

1/2 tsp garam masala   

1 tsp dry mango powder

1/2 tsp salt   

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp sugar   1/4 cup gram flour

1 tsp oil for brushing

1 tsp onion seeds (kalonji)


Make a coarse paste of the peas in mixer jar.

Heat oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds and fennel seeds.

Add pea paste and roast it for 2-3 minutes.

Add gram flour, red chili powder, salt and roast for 5 minutes.

Add dry mango powder, garam masala, sugar and mix well. Switch off the flame and allow to cool.

Take Maida, salt and butter. Mix them properly with hands.

Make a soft dough using water.

Take a lemon size ball from the dough, flatten it and fill the pea stuffing and seal it properly. Flatten it with palm.

Prepare all the kachoris like shown in the video.

Brush the air fryer basket with oil, and kachori also, sprinkle some onion seeds on them.

Put frying basket in it and air fry them for 20 minutes at 200 degree temperature in preheated air fryer.

Healthy Oil free air fried Kachoris are ready to eat.
