Ratlami Sev

The Spicy Ratlami sev can be made easily at home with few ingredients. The ingredients used are easily available in a kitchen pantry.

2 Cup Fine Gram Flour,

1tsp Salt,

1 pinch Asafetida,

1/4tsp Clove Powder,

1/2tsp Garam Masala,

1 pinch Baking Soda, 

Oil for Frying.

In a bowl, take gram flour, garam masala, clove powder, salt, baking soda and asafetida.

Mix well with a spoon. Make a smooth dough with water.

Apply oil on hands and collect the dough.

Grease the sev maker with oil and fill the dough in it. Fry in hot oil till crispy.

Flip it and fry for more 2 minutes. Again flip it and fry for a minute.

Take the sev out on a plate.

Crush it gently with hands.

Spicy and Crispy Ratlami Sev is ready....!!
