Amla Indian Gooseberry Juice

Amla is also known as the Indian gooseberry which is packed with lot of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, iron and etc. Here I have given a simple recipe of Amla Sharbat which you can store for a year. It is cool and refreshing. Just add 3/4 part cool water in 1/4 part of amla sharbat and can add jaljeera powder or fresh mint leaves for variation. So enjoy this summer with Home made amla juice.

Basic Ingredients

Cooking Method :   

1 kg Deseeded Indian Gooseberry (Amla)

Extract Juice from deseeded Indian gooseberry (Amla)

3/4 cup Fresh Ginger Extract

3/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice

1 tsp Black Salt, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp White Salt

1 Kg Sugar

Add fresh amla juice and sugar in a big pan, bring to boil. Stir continuously.

Now sugar is dissolved properly.

Add ginger extract, lemon juice and mix well.

Add black salt, white salt, black pepper and mix properly.

Switch off the flame. It will become thicker after it gets cooled.

Refreshing Homemade Amla Sharbat is ready for summers.
