Schezwan Potato

Schezwan Potato is spicy and easy to make. It can be prepared in few minutes. And it is good as party snack.

Cooking Method :   


500Gm Baby Potato (boiled in over salted water)

1/2 Cup Spring Onion's Whites

1/2 Cup Spring Onion's Greens

1/2 Cup Chopped Capsicum 

1/3 Cup Homemade Schezwan Sauce

1/4 Cup Tomato Ketchup

2 Tbsp Oil

Heat oil in a pan. Add spring onion's whites and stir fry on high flame.

Add capsicum and sauté it. Add baby potato and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and give a good stir.

Sprinkle spring onion's greens, switch off the flame.

Hot & Spicy Schezwan Aloo is ready to serve!!!
