Cooking Method :   

1 + 1/2 Cup Boiled & Grated Potato

 1/2 Cup Sago Powder (Sabudana Powder)

 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder

 1/2 Tsp Rock Salt (Sendha Namak)

 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

 Oil for Frying

Add potato, sago powder, salt, pepper powder, cumin powder and make a dough.

Cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Grease maker with oil, place chakli disc and fill with potato dough.

Make chaklis with the maker. Make sure that you seal the ends of the chakli properly.

In this way make chakli with the dough.

Fry them in hot oil on medium high flame.

Take out them on a plate.

Crispy falhari aloo chakli is ready!!!
